Deposits & Prepayments

• Any deposit or prepayment made for group reservations, private events, or catering services is non-refundable if canceled with less than 24-hour notice.

• Cancellations made with more than 24-hour notice may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule, depending on the situation.

Food & Beverage

• Due to the nature of food service, we do not offer refunds for food or beverage once they have been prepared or served.

• If you are unsatisfied with your meal, please inform your server or manager immediately so we can address the issue on-site.

Gift Cards & Certificates

• All gift card and certificate sales are final and non-refundable.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Special Event Tickets

• Tickets purchased for special events (such as wine dinners or ticketed experiences) are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Hush Cuban Kitchen & Bar.

• In the event of cancellation, guests will be contacted and issued a full refund or rescheduling option.
