Welcome to The Hush Cuban Kitchen & Bar, where tradition meets hospitality in the heart of North Georgia.

Our journey began with a dream to share the authentic flavors of Cuba in a place that felt like home. Originally from Miami, our family brought with us not only recipes passed down through generations but also the spirit of Cuban hospitality—where every meal is a celebration and every guest is family.

In 2019, we opened our first location in Dillard, Georgia, inspired by the peaceful mountain surroundings that reminded us to slow down and savor life’s simple pleasures—just like we do in Cuba. We named it The Hush as a nod to that peaceful mountain feeling and the Southern charm of "hush puppies," blending our two worlds together.

What started as a small, family-run restaurant quickly grew thanks to the incredible support of our community. In 2025, we proudly opened our second location in Clarkesville, Georgia, continuing our mission to bring people together over flavorful Cuban dishes, hand-crafted cocktails, and warm, genuine service.

At The Hush, we believe food tells a story—ours is one of family, passion, and resilience. Every plate is crafted with love, from our classic Ropa Vieja and Lechón Asado, to our house-made Tres Leches Cake. We honor our Cuban roots while adding a fresh twist to create a memorable dining experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
